Whats your Asset Allocation now? Do you still need large gains to make your goal of retiring at 60? Or do you already have nearly enough, and you are just coasting to the finish line?
I am 65% equity - 35% bonds at the moment - all in broad index funds. I am just coasting to retirement - no need for additional big gains.

I have contemplated moving to an even more bond heavy portfolio - but that would entail some sub-optimal asset location placement (bonds in a Roth account). I think I am going to see if I can sleep at night with 35% bonds.
What would Bill Bernstein recommend? I'll try to find the link to his most recent interview.

Larry Swedroe said that if you have no need to take risks, don't. Rules 1, 2, and 3 of investing.
You probably know all of this.
