As usual, the annual deductible has increased. I have fewer choices this year in my area with only twelve plans offered.
The premiums for the other choices have generally increased compared with 2025.
My WellCare Value Script premium for 2026 will actually drop from $17.40 in 2025 to $5.70 in 2026.There has been a lot of concern regarding Medicare Part D prescription premiums in 2025, particularly due to the implementation of the $2,000 maximum out-of-pocket.
All states will have a $0.00 monthly premium for WellCare Value Script in 2025, except for:
Alaska - $22.30
California - $17.40
Connecticut - $12.40
Massachusetts - $12.40
New Jersey - $2.30
New York - $38.70
Rhode Island - $12.40
Vermont - $12.40
