Sorry this is happening to you. While I found the TD site dated and a little counter intuitive, I was always able to do what I needed to. It took ~ 6 months to move some i-Bonds and TBills to our trust account when we opened it, but it happened. We didn’t have that many iBonds and when the rates ceased to be hear and shoulders above TIPS, we sold them when we could and started buying TBills in a Fidelity account and auto rolling. TD had lower minimums, but I read enough horror stories to convince me that for both me and my heirs, the juice wasn’t worth the squeeze.
