2 items that are very handy in Florida:
- Wet/Dry Shop Vac. ( I use it to keep A/C drain clear )
- Wing Nut Drill bit… I used this to attach Hurricane Shutter panels, since retired, as I now have Hurricane Impact Windows.
And as I am now getting older, I have become particularly fond of my telescopic light bulb changer, no need to drag out a ladder to change a lightbulb! This was recommended by a neighbor, after he fell off a ladder and broke his hip.
