Personal Investments • Fidelity Lockdown Question. When Can You Relock the Account?

If you are transferring funds out of a Fidelity brokerage account, can you turn the Lockdown feature off to initiate the transfer, then turn it back on prior to the funds being actually received by the transferee, or do you have to wait until all funds are actually received?
