I have a friend who reads a lot. They have worked for about 15 years in HR for large financial institutions and have been very successful; they are taking a new job in investment banking. I’d like to get them a book about investment banking. It could be a human interest book or technical concepts. Not really looking for books about the dark side of the industry like wolf on walk street, etc. Any book or books one would recommend?
