I’m amazed that some CU member didn’t notice that $500k was missing from their account for almost 4 months!
I wonder if the other CU member is extremely wealthy (say, 9 figures or more) and makes $500k+ transactions routinely, so a missing $500k here and there is like a few pennies in the couch cushions. (OK, what billionaire is going to use a CU? I dunno, but maybe they're staying loyal to the CU that gave them the small business loan that got them started... It's fun to spin tales)
