Easiest to use the calculator or read the KFF link. Under 400% still affected, just not as much. You can trust KFF analysesI thought the enhancement was allowing people over 400% poverty to get credits.
There were COVID era enhanced subsidies which were written to expire 1/1/2026. The OBBBA neither extended nor canceled that expiration date. I don't recall exactly but the enhanced subsidies have been in place for about 2 or 3 years.
