The obvious suggestion is to look up your portfolio from a year ago, when you were presumably happy with it, even though it had a tech overweight then. Write down the percentage allocations you had to each fund. And then rebalance to those percentages, and keep rebalancing.
Don't do anything extreme. Having decided to overweight technology, it is reasonable to stick to the overweight you decided on. It is reasonable to hold to it and stop it from increasing. But don't start vacillating between overweighting it and underweighting it.
