I would guess that they would mail you a check or something at some point. That's what they would do if the account were open but you were not charging anything on it and it had this credit on it for a few months.So I closed our Smartly Credit Card and a hospital decided to refund a co-pay from the summer to the credit card AFTER the card is closed. I'm looking at the most recent credit card and it is showing the $79 refund as a credit.
Is there a way to request this be transferred to me or is it lost because the credit card is closed?
