Your international allocation is too low for my liking. In my opinion, it's prudent to start at the market weight and move up or down 10 percentage points, which is between 30% and 50%. You'll find a wide range of opinions on this though and I'm definitely in the camp for international diversification.
I wouldn't hold a total bond fund in taxable, but it's also not the end of the world many here will make it out to be. However, at your tax rate, it really doesn't make much sense.
