Glad you said this. As I engage in this discussion, I am realizing that perhaps one of the primary reasons for me to be asking for input on my portfolio construction is whether it has some chance of significantly underperforming the market -- especially given the large International SV (25% AVDV), and international LV (15%) allocations in it.So, you are unlikely to outperform the market by much, but you also won’t underperform by much either. And managing the portfolio will keep you entertained for years to come.
Because of my extensive research on and the availability of data on US markets, I feel pretty confident on the US portion of it, but the 50% international portion, divided the way it is, is what I probably want to build more confidence in, or lose it if it really doesn't make sense given my long-term goals.
I guess this is one of my first early tastes of that entertainment you talk about.
