I’d like to get insight into how much we spend in different categories. I’d prefer not to use a third party aggregator or pay for a subscription for something like Quicken.
BofA’s website/app has a decent spending report using the Erica feature, and you can recategorize transactions individually or by merchant. I just don’t like Bank of America.
Chase has pretty basic functionality. There are only a few generic categories transactions get lumped into, which isn’t very helpful.
Are there any other banks or credit card companies that have a good, native spend tracking feature?
