I can't imagine a market where identical homes are so plentiful that people choose to buy the one with their preferred electrical capacity. In my experience, amperage would be one of hundreds of variables between available alternative properties. Don't overdo your amperage - ours is so high we can't get a smart meter so guy in a truck has to come up the driveway to read our meter every month.only in a buyer's market. In a seller's market, people don't nitpick.
In this case you are eliminating a deal breaker for many people if EV uptake is high in the location. More electrical power never goes out of style.
