TRP is definitely less high tech, and i was reluctant to do it at Vanguard for the same reason! It sure would be easier to leave next year's conversion at Fidelity!T. Rowe is even less high-tech than Vanguard, and I've never tired to do a Roth conversion there, so who knows what you may run into. At worst it might have to be over the telephone.
