Personal Consumer Issues • Used cars are no longer maintainable, buy new

I have been able to purchase a couple of Hyundai SantaFe CPO cars that were 2 yrs old with significant depreciation in the past few years. They were 2 yrs/~20k so they had 8/80 left on their warranties. Otherwise I have been purchasing new since the used car market has changed so much. I have seen used cars at Carvana for more than new cars at the dealer (after a little negotiation) and that is before factory financing/rebates. If you can afford it buy new, I think the monthly cost of ownership comes out the same as a used car, but you are driving new.
Hyundai offers 10/100k to the original owner. Once sold, it's only 5 years, 60k mile POWERTRAIN only.
I thought it was 10/100 powertrain-only for a new owner as well. I thought CPO got the remainder of the 5/60 bumper-to-bumper? Just "used"... I'm not sure what you get, but not the remainder of 10/100 or 5/60 I'll guess?
