Just thought of something for the application purposes. When you fill out your application online, what header does "capital gains" income go under? Under investments or something similar, or wages, or what?
It really just needs to be simple.
Ours looked like….
Interest $1,000
Dividends $8,000
Capital Gains $21,000
Total expected MAGI $30,000
