Can I ask what sort of highly appreciated stocks are you trying to manage ... how many and how would you like them to be run? That is, do you want them to be held forever, rebalanced, tax-loss harvested or completely liquidated over time? Or, do you want them incorporated along with your funds into some sort of blended investment strategy, which would seemingly be difficult for one manager to do.
