There is the idea of getting the stock side lower near and just after retirement to protect against sequence of returns risk (SRR). Once past the first few years if you don't rebalance usually stocks will grow to a higher percentage of your AA. That isn't really highly risky in the sense of you may not have enough money to last your lifetime. So I think the idea of having 70% stocks at age 77 is just fine.
