Successfully paid my local property tax for the year with my AmEx BBP. Since I redeem MR points for Roth IRA deposits via Schwab Platinum it makes an effective 2.2% return and perfectly offset the credit card fee that the county charges. The BBP is also in a 12 mo 0% interest promo period so that $10k can ride for a year while I chip away at payments. Probably look for a SUB next year though. Likely AmEx Biz Plat.
