Pharmacies on Medicare Part D are categorized as : out of network, in network and preferred in network. Preferred in network pharmacy has preferred cost sharing-meaning the lowest cost.

But does any of that matter when your meds cost over the max you would pay (ie, $2,100 for 2026)?

OP wanted an explanation of Wellcare's Preferred Cost Sharing. This would provide them with the lowest cost compared to the other options.
(FYI we have Wellcare Value Script for part D).
