Very similar situation here in N Cal. Pretty much the same story as that of the OP. We have auto, home and umbrella from Connect powered by America Family via Costco. Called another Farmer’s insurance agent to get a quote and they said they couldn’t offer better rate, so I stayed. Very frustrating.
