WIth one of the 25-30% off merchant offers on Chase, Citi, and Amex cards, the price from Intuit would be lower.Thanks, that just seems to show $52 which is pretty much what Amazon/Staples etc. are selling it for anyway, so not a big deal if the Intuit site is down.
You have to (before logging in) click on the File Your Taxes menu (on mobile this shows up when you click on the three-lines menu in the upper left corner), then from there click on TurboTax Desktop under “Other filing options.” But it’s a moot point anyway because Intuit’s website is broken and it’ll show you the discounted price on TurboTax desktop but once you add it to your cart, it’ll error out with the “hitting a snag” message. I just had a frustrating call with TurboTax support where they insisted this is a Fidelity problem and I need to call Fidelity
