GEICO was jacking up auto rates by almost 50%, so had to shop around.Have you had any claims experience with them, or did you find research supporting a strong customer focus?I have auto and homeowners insurance through Costco/American Family Connect. Being an Executive Member, certain things are automatically included eg roadside assistance on auto, key lockout on home, home glass repair, etc. Roadside assistance was a $30/year expense on my GEICO policy, so having it automatically included effectively offsets some of the higher cost of the Executive membership.
I've been an Amica customer for almost 40 years, but my premiums have gotten really expensive. I'd only move for equally excellent service. Thanks!
