Good to know!Then after several experiences at “great”—and pricey—restaurants, I realized the most delicious food I ate was at mom-and-pop places where the “chefs” were ajuma (older ladies) who had been slowly perfecting their art for decades. And sometimes the prices were ridiculously low, at least in comparison to the flavor.
