Well put.Fascinating discussion. We often assume that the biggest threat to a successful buy and hold long term strategy is panic selling...perhaps we underestimate the threat of boredom selling, which may more accurately describe getting out of REITs at this time.

Bit of both for REITs recently, and even one pretty good year (2021), but overall it has been a middling 11 years since they last topped the chart in 2014.
