My MYGA that “matured” in December was rolled over to a new 5 year contract but it looks like the new contract is less than what it should have been. Americo customer portal is very crude. There is no activity or transactions tab. It only shows today’s value of each contract seperately. There is no summary for the 4 active + recently surrendered policy. I cant even see guarantee period dates and rates without downloading individual contracts. I suspect Americo imposed a surrender fee but there is really no way to tell. I scheduled a call with Blueprint Income for an explanation. When I have commented several times about MYGAs being a pain this is the sort of thing I meant.
