Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Problems with Turbo Tax

I tried to do my taxes just now and Turbo Tax says it is not ready for me to enter information about pension payments or Roth IRA or IRA withdrawals. From the above comments, others have been able to do these entries.

Is there some update button I haven't clicked on or something?
