1) VWCE already holds 65% US shares, which themselves are already heavily weighted towards the tech sector. By holding 30% Nasdaq, you accentuate these bias towards the US tech sector. If that is what you want, fine but be aware of it.

2) SPPW tracks the MSCI World Index, which does not include emerging markets (unlike VWCE). Additionally, SPPW is a synthetic swap based ETF. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but you should be aware of it.
