Are you running any other add blocking/tracking blockers outside of the default anonymizers in Safari? If not, I'd suggest you start. I like Wipr personally. It's not foolproof anyway because it's a giant game of whack-a-mole anyway. It's not just google that tracks and sells data and builds profiles. There are tons of different trackers so you probably have a tracking cookie following you around from someplace and you used your business email to fill in a form somewhere and that got linked to your unknown to you tracking profile. That could be what the company used to send you the email
