I hadn't had major customer service problems with Vanguard - until now. I transitioned to the new platform (finally) and the website somehow didn't have an address for me, notwithstanding the fact that they mail me things all the time and I've been living in the same place for many years. When I entered the address, the website said it had to be verified and that the entire account - Traditional IRA, non-IRA, Roth, Beneficiary IRA - will be locked for 10 days. I could write a check If I needed funds quickly, but I can't transfer any funds in or out. Very unpleasant feeling.
