I finally got a human by not calling Experian!yeah, you just call the 800-493-1058 number and when you pass authentication process, say you called for billing problems on your experian membership account. that’ll get you transferred to a human being and they’ll assist you from there.I just reread this thread, I had no idea I posted so many times in it!
Is there a phone # where you can talk to a person cuz I can't fix my problem online or via their crappy phone system? Their phone tree is horrible and is like being on a merry go round except it is not very merry. I have tried all different ways to reach a human without no luck. My problem is I can't get my credit report mailed to me (tried 3 time) despite getting it once a year for many years.
It was an identity monitoring company and they got me in touch with Experian. I was able to get things corrected on the phone with her and I received my credit report on paper.
