Take a picture of the document with the phone, then message or e-mail said picture.Secondly - what is the easiest way nowadays to send a "fax"? Would it be feasible to get them a cheap scanner, create a PDF, and then just send via email? They have iPhones but realistically cannot handle anything other than very basic functions (writing an email, text, web browsing).
I personally find the quality distressing but that is how Gen Z rolls.
