During my working life still in progress (age 51), it took many years to fill up the tax advantaged space available to me. Even now with the addition of catch up contributions and Mega Backdoor Roth, I am unable to fill them all.
For a number of years now, Roth has been steady at 20% of the portfolio (2.2M) and I try to maintain that as it feels good / reasonable to me and hopefully help manage future RMDs.
