I could not follow all these investments as listed because only dollar amounts were given and I do not want to figure out the asset allocation of the portfolio. I think many readers might be like me. Is this portfolio 60/40 or 80/20 or 24/76 when it comes to equities/fixed income? Knowing that would be helpful. That's a reason why bogleheads.org has come up with a format about asking portfolio questions:

Welcome to the forum. I will just say that with almost $5 million and spending only $120,000 a year (including taxes?) with most of that coming from pensions & social security means that they don't have to do anything if they don't want to. OTOH, maybe they want to simplify in a prudent way. Maybe they want to start giving away assets & money ot their relatives and charities? And they are aware of RMDs, right?
