Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Apartment complex not flexible on renewal of lease

I understand I should pay a premium for going month to month.

But, I know I’ll be there until at least June 2025. I just thought they could have an arrangement where I sign for 6 months at current rate and then convert to month to month.
