Personal Consumer Issues • Tesla Model 3 Is The New Toyota Camry?

I wasn't quoting every trim, only the base trim which is 100,000 as stated in the link even you provided. It wasn't and still isn't germane to the point I was making in my initial post from which you cherry picked your bone of contention. My overall point, which you evidently have missed, was that the OP left out/omitted many factors that increase their cost of ownership of an EV.
That's absolutely not what you wrote. Here it is, verbatim:
Finally, the Tesla warranty on many of their batteries for 1500 charge cycles and 100,000 miles
You didn't refer to OP's base trim; you said this policy represents "many" of their batteries; and you mentioned charge cycle limit. All 3 are objectively wrong. We are not even arguing matters of opinions yet.

Not only did you single out the least representative of their battery configuration (rwd vs lr/p trims), you then singled out the highest of the possible price range ($20k from $10-20k). Needless to say, $20k never represent the 60kwh base pack. Who's doing the cherry picking here?
Lthenderson, over the past 9 years, I was a happy Tesla owner, then a less happy Tesla owner, and now a happy Mercedes (EV) owner. You are barking up the wrong tree here. Teslas have numerous flaws, of varying importance, but their battery life and warranties are not one of them.
