Non-US Investing • Where is the best place to park some cash as a Non-resident alien in the US?

Looking for experience with places that 1. Give the best interest and 2. Accept W8-BEN forms, and 3. I don't have to pay taxes on the interest

Use European-domiciled USD money market funds. These yield 5 to 5.5% at the moment, no withholding tax, and they shelter your cash from US estate tax.
