I've done a lot of research.

If you need a TPA then do employee fiducial. They charge 0.08% AUM in addition to the normal yearly fees. If you want to be your own TPA do mysolo401k. You better know what you are doing though with mysolo401k, if you mess it up it is on you. It is very difficult to fix and there are lots of issues with the IRS if you mess up stuff like 5500ez.

That being said I use mysolo401k and have had good experience. But I consider this a hobby so YMMV.
