Interactive Brokers - what happens if you move countries ? UK to EU/India, VWRD etc ?

I am UK resident and opened IBKR Taxable account. I hold VWRD (Vanguard FTSE All-World UCITS ETF USD Distributing) denominated in US dollars.

If I relocate to EU/India, I will certainly fill out a change of address at IBKR and then am I also supposed to open an account with IBKR-My-New-Country and then request IBKR UK to transfer my holdings (without selling) from IBKR UK to IBKR-My-New-Country ? Have any of you done this (partcularly to India) ?

Link 1 (4 years old) below says VWRD is not allowed for Indian residents but Link 2 (recent) below says VWRA (accumulating version) is allowed. So if the ETF is not allowed then will the transfer of assets (VWRD - from IBKR UK to IBKR India) be blocked (and so, will I have to sell) ?

Appreciate any actual experience with IBKR, VWRD/VWRA and moving countries, especially to India.

Posted in various subreddits but did not get much traction anywhere. Trying my luck here. I can try opening a support ticket with IBKR.

To give other examples, with Schwab International or with any of the UK brokers (Hargreaves, Interactive Investor, AJ Bell) I have confirmed that if I relocate abroad, I can maintain the accounts as is, hold, sell existing and buy ETFs (with dividends, selling existing units), altho I may not be able to add new money with the UK brokers. With these other brokers there will be no need to open a "new account" in my new country, transfer the assets etc.

Thanks a lot.
