I love the walk ability in the UK towns. Whether rich or poor towns (I get to experience both), I really appreciate walkability to everything I need daily.

Also, on the road topic, UK speeds are much lower (speed cameras and more traffic) and driving standards are generally higher.

Find me a US town, with UK walkability + great weather & sane roads where I can drive/bike/walk safely. Only Westwood in LA CA comes to mind. Loved that UCLA town for a few weeks!
Portland, OR.
Thanks. Never been & on my list!
