For whatever reason, I am having the same problem as the OP on the annualcreditreport.com website for Experian.
I can never get my Experian report online but I can for Equifax and Transunion.
I tried the phone option to get my annual credit report from Experian at https://www.annualcreditreport.com/gett ... rts.action but the report does not come in the mail for me.
I even tried creating an account directly with Experian at experian.com but when I enter my phone number to register, it gives me an immediate error that they can't send the registration code to my phone.
There is no way to speak to a person from Experian by phone to explain the problem either.
What gives? Anyone else know how I can obtain the annual credit report from Experian?
