In line with the estimates on this thread.Received my first estimate of $50-65k, depending on the material I choose! definitely outside my budget! Did one did include a 'management fee'. Awaiting the other 2 estimates.
What is your willingness and ability to DIY? I didn't see that you commented on this.
Cost will be less than $25k if you DIY. I DIY'ed master and main bath remodels. I paid a licensed plumber to relocate a shower drain, and a tile/stone shop to custom cut marble thresholds. Everything else was my effort. The projects turned out nicely.
